Do you have any plans to develop a full function Moneydance for the iPad? Pretty much I now only use my MacBook for Moneydance. I’m about to purchase a new iPad Air with the M2 processor. If you were to have a version available I will go for the 13” model rather than the 11”

I look forward to your answer

Thanks

    I'm a fellow Moneydance customer.

There are plans for a more fully featured mobile version, especially for tablets. Quite a lot of work has gone towards this end but the software is not there yet and it is unknown when it will be.

It is not a trivial task, the core Moneydance code has not been written in a language that is, or will ever be, supported on IOS and Android, so a good portion of the project is porting the core code to a different language, that will enable it to be used on all platforms.

    Hello,

The above post in correct. This is in our long term plans, but I can't speculate on when it may be released. You definitely should not base your current purchasing decisions on this.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

    Thanks for your prompt response

Looks like a MacBook Air may be a better bet than a new iPad
