Good Morning,

I have been using Moneydance for several years. Great software.
I set all my reminders to autosubmit at the maximum of 365 days.
Is there anyway to increase this further as looking to forecast for two years?

Thanks
Nick

What about the moneyforesight tool, or custom balances extension including future uncommitted reminders?

    Hi Stuart,

Thank you for the quick response.

Good tools but not really what I am after.

Ideally I was hoping I could override the Auto Comment from 365 to a higher value but I am guessing this may not be possible.

    Thanks
    Nick

There is no way to change it, but posting entries to the register is not forecasting, it is actually posting transactions and there is no guarantee they will be for the same amount in the future to start with.

There are tools more suited to the job and Stuart has mentioned two.

    Hi Nick,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

You could set the reminder frequency to "Daily" and repeat the transaction every 730 days.
This can be any number from 1 to 100,000.

For further information about setting a Reminder Frequency, you can refer to this article of the Knowledge Base.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

No problem, I will do it manually.

Thanks both for the quick replies.

    Kind Regards
    Nick
