Edit security displayed price

I just downloaded and installed ver 2024.3 (2513) as the list of improvements included the ability to edit the number of digits displayed for each security. However when I edit one of my securities to display 6 decimal places and then look at the 'Security Details' screen for that security the number of digits displayed remains unchanged. Why did the change in displayed number of digits not apply to all screens ? Is there a step like close and restart needed to get this edit to apply everywhere ?

Second, as a suggestion the ability to edit the price displayed from the 'Edit Security' button on the 'Security Detail' page would make the task cleaning up the displayed prices so much easier.

I include a screenshot to help define the screens I referance.

That will be a gradual process to find and apply the setting to price fields. I don't believe it will ever be applied to data entry price screens or where it's showing the raw data... I think you have identified another area for it to be applied....

    Yup - I think it's a candidate.. I have proposed a tweak to IK for this.. Let's see if it's accepted.... 🤞

FYI - I understand this tweak / enhancement has been accepted and should make the next build - whenever there is one....

Stuart et al. Perfect - thanks for the quick adoption of the input. It makes the security detail window much more readable. Thanks again
