How to modify or delete Tags
I need to make some changes to the list of Tags within MoneyDance. For example, I have a redundant tag that needs to be deleted. How can I modify the present tags?

The main tool for working with Tags in bulk is the Find and Replace extension.
This is installed using the Moneydance menu option Extensions => Manage Extensions

Deleting Tags -
Removing a tag from all transactions will delete the tag.
Once deleted from all transactions, the tag will no longer be available for selection.
To remove a tag completely, follow the changing tags steps above.
When specifying which tag you prefer to use, leave the field blank and press OK.
This will remove the tag without assigning another tag.
