Reports can be exported to CSV files.

There is also the Extract Data Extension, which can export data in bulk.

    Hi,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

Within Moneydance, you can easily transfer your report data to Excel.

After generating the report, you can choose 'Save' or 'Copy'.
Choose a suitable 'Format- Encoded for Excel
Then click 'Browse' and specify where you want to save the file or Paste it.

Before saving, check the correct file format has been applied. Your file should be called 'YourFileName.csv'.
If the file format is not included, you can add '.csv' (without the quotes) to the end of the file name.

This will create a comma delimited file that will open with Excel.

If you have already saved the file, you can navigate to it on your computer, and re-name the file from there, to include .csv at the end of the file name.

Alternatively, you could use the extension Extract Data version 1044. This is available from Extensions->Manage Extensions->Extract Data

This extension is a useful tool aiming to extract your data to screen/csv. Options incl: 'StockGlance2020' investments, Reminders, Account / Investment transactions, Currency History; Attachments.

So, you can download your data to excel where you can filter, sort etc.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
