Hi
I'm trying to use the Securities tool but I'd like the default setting to be to Only Show Active and Only Show Non-Zero Balance instead of always starting with Show All. Is there a way to change this?
Thanks
H

    Hi,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

If you are running Moneydance 2024.4 (5253), you can navigate to Tools->Securities and at the bottom left you should see a circular icon with three dots, in the resulting window you should be able to set the filter you like.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

    Yes
I understand that. My question was how to change the default from All to Show Only Active.
    Can you help with that?
    Thanks
    H

    Thank you for clarifying, Harold!

It seems that by default the program returns to Show All upon restarting Moneydance and doesn't retain the last settings.

So I’d like to run your query past the development team who may be able to provide further information.
