File import action, imports to incorrect account.

I have two credit cards with same bank, i.e. Capital One.
I downloaded a QFX file for one card, do the import action.
1) MD never asks where to import to
2) MD then imports into the wrong capone account
3) undoing it is painful, there is no quick backout.

Is there a method to have MD prompt before import?
Is there a method to define more accurately the OFX to a particular account?

It's possible the capone OFX is not 100% so perhaps I should try a diff file type?

I used QIF file and it asks which account each time, so that is certainly an eye opener.
I thought OFX was a better method, but perhaps it has pointed out a flaw?

When you import an OFX file there is an option to set the import account for files from this particular source so the importer looks at the OFX header information to determine if it already has an account association.

To reset this association so you are prompted, perform the following steps:

Select the menu option Online → Match Online Accounts

Now to disassociate a remembered import link, within the Match Online Accounts window you can:

        1. Select “Imported OFX/QFX Files”
        2. Identify the account with the mapping you want to change
        3. Use the pull down next to the account box and from the presented list select “None”

When you next import a file it should prompt for the account you want to import the data into and if you want to remember the link.

Ok I have already done 1-3, which is my point.
Now when I import what "should" be a different account, it is imported in the the one I did 1-3 already.

What fields describe the OFX header, perhaps Cap one isn't creating them ?

I did a more thorough review, I had setup an incorrect association and didn't realize it.
I also examined the file from Cap one, it only has last four of the acct number.

So I resolved the issue, thanks for the instructions.
