MT940 download

I was moved to a bank that only downloads MT940 files. In a recent (May 14th) discussion I saw a question on the same issue and the presented solution to go to http://www.mt2ofx.tk/ and download that conversion program. However, that program (it works very good though) only runs on the Windows platform. Is there no OS X solution??
Is Moneydance working on the import of MT940 files?

We have an exiting suggestion ticket proposing MT940 support however at this time we do not have any plans to implement support for this file format. It is a relatively rare format and currently our priorities are focused elsewhere. However I have linked the ticket to this discussion such that a post in this discussion counts as a vote for the ticket.

    Sincerely

I would also really appreciate support for this.

I am evaluating finance software for myself and have had my eyes set on moneydance for a while (along with others). Things have progressed to the point where I'm ready to purchase the best solution today - the last check was MT940 support.

Sadly, that takes moneydance out of the race.

Add my vote - MT940 seems to be a growing standard, in European banks, and supporting it should offer MD a whole new set of potential customers!
