Hi
I have just purchased money dance and have tried to connect to Llloyds bank via Moneydance+ which uses Plaid. I cannot see Lloyds listed, however Plaid does support this bank.

Can you help me?

Thanks
Paul

Moneydance+ is not supported in the UK this time.

I’d you can, get an OFX download. It will
Import great. Failing that a QIF. Failing that select Microsoft money.

Yes they are all manual imports.

If I recall correctly, when an Institution refers to Microsoft Money format, it is an OFX format,

As Stuart said OFX/QFX is the preferred format followed by QIF.

Both will import well into Moneydance.

    Hi Paul,

We had hoped that UK bank connections would be available via Moneydance +, but unfortunately, we've encountered numerous problems getting this setup, and our lead developer has determined that Plaid is not going to competently allow UK bank downloads.

Currently, we are looking into alternatives, and we're trying to get UK bank connections available via a different service. Once set up, this service will allow connections to UK banks.

Please be assured that getting UK banks included in Moneydance is a very high priority for us. I can't provide an exact time scale for when this will be available. I have flagged this discussion so we can notify you directly when UK bank automatic downloads are available.

In the meantime, you should update your accounts by manually downloading files from your bank's website.
I believe that Lloyds Bank supports both QIF and CSV file formats for data downloads.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
