you were using Quicken 2008 for Windows then it should also work
with Moneydance, as they use the same protocol. This is sometimes
necessary as many banks don't yet recognize Moneydance or know how
to deal with it. When you enable your account for access from
Moneydance or Quicken, your financial institution should let you
know what customer ID/login and PIN to use.

I would suggest that you download the free trial version of
Moneydance and try the direct connection with your banks. We have
direct connect enabled with both of these banks. The demo version
is fully-functional and allows you to manually enter 100
transactions. Imported transactions are not limited.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Angie Rauschertag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/1779622009-05-23T21:43:30Z2009-07-07T16:02:28ZMoneydance compatibility with bank data

Dear Angie,

The promptness of your thoughtful response just made up my mind
regarding Moneydance. I had such an unhappy experience with the
support offered by Quicken when I used it some years ago that I
promised myself I would never make the same mistake again. I look
forward to my experience with Moneydance.

Thanks,
