Remove 'cheque' column?

Hi folks - any idea how I can remove the 'cheque' column please? I don't use cheques (checks?) anywhere and would rather not see it.

   Unfortunately, the default columns are fixed and cannot be removed.

   If you really find seeing this column so annoying, you can of course drag the column width to make it almost invisible.

   Go to the top of the column in question & the mouse cursor changes to a double headed arrow, hold down left button & drag to reduce the column width.

   Thanks Jeff, but the prospect of a partially hidden UI element doesn't sit well with my OCD-prone inner designer. :slightly_smiling:‍:left_right_arrow:️

   I tried that trick in the previous version but for some reason didn't like it. Given how mature the product now is I'd have expected some kind of customisation beyond adjustable column width. Maybe next time ...

   One point not covered above is that it is not just a cheque column. You can differentiate between, for example, direct debits, deposits, card payments, maybe even contactless as IIRC you can add custom descriptions.
