Moneydance Licence Key
I have been evaluating a free copy of Moneydance 2015 for a while now. Having transferred data from my previous accounting package (MS Money), I am now keen to get things working properly.
My first step was to try and update my 2015 package to 2017. Having purchased the product I expected to add a licence key and then do an update. (I am reluctant to have to start from scratch and set up a new system if I can avoid it).
I placed my order through the website and with my order I received an activation code. It looks as though this is not the same as a product key. Can you advise on how I might carry out the upgrade?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

A license key purchased now will not work with the 2015 product as it will be a 2017 license key and keys are version specific.
Hence you would have to do the upgrade to 2017 first, then apply your 2017 key
