Hi Glen,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
You could follow the steps for Moving your data file/s to a new computer outlined in this article and you might also find this method useful:
From the old computer navigate to Moneydance->Show Document folder.
Locate the file you wish to move over (check the time stamp). Close Moneydance!
Copy your data file (YourFileName.moneydance) to a USB drive (if it's easier) and paste it to the default location in the new computer.
While doing this, you should ensure that the software is fully closed on the new computer.
In this way Moneydance will detect the file automatically.
Finally, you should launch Moneydance on the new computer which should open the Welcome Window, where you should find your file name listed on the right.
