How do I know if there is an update for my MoneyDance 2010?

    Hi John,
    From the menu bar click on 'Extensions' > 'Moneydance Updater'.
    The updater will open. You can then choose which type of update to check for. Click OK. You should then either get a message that there is an update available or, in the lower margin, a message that you already have the latest version of Moneydance.
    Just as an FYI, there were some users that experienced interruptions when entering their password (encrypted data files only) when the MD updater was set to 'Check for Updates at Startup'.

    If in the event that there is an update available, plunk your license key into the 'Upgrading' Test field of the following webpage to see if it's a free or discounted upgrade:
    http://moneydance.com/other
