I can print out information on the Python window but would like to see that printed out on the standard output. "Moneydance -invoke_and_quit moneydance:fmodule:jpython:runfile?=myscript.py" did not help. What is the right invokeURI? This is with Moneydance 2017 (1584).</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652017-11-30T22:18:40Z2017-11-30T22:18:40ZPython script from command line<div><p>Hi mrchapp,</p>
<p>I can't help you with Python but, (1584) is an older build of Moneydance.</p>
<p>The latest build is currently (1639). Provided that you DID NOT purchase MD through the Apple Store, then you can d/l the current version here:<br>

<p>If you're interested, the preview build (currently 1652) can be gotten here:<br>

Needless to say, 1639 behaves exactly the same way.</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652017-12-04T15:49:46Z2017-12-04T15:49:47ZPython script from command line<div><p>Anyone from Support?</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652017-12-31T06:38:31Z2017-12-31T06:38:32ZPython script from command line<div><p>Bump.</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652018-01-22T04:22:02Z2018-01-22T04:22:04ZPython script from command line<div><p>Is this supported?</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652018-01-31T11:23:36Z2018-01-31T11:23:37ZPython script from command line<div><p>Windows users must pass the path of the program as an argument to the Python interpreter. Such as follows:</p>
<p>C:\Python27\python.exe C:\Users\Username\Desktop\my_python_script.py</p>
<p>Note that you must use the full path of the <a href="https://mindmajix.com/python-training">Python interpreter</a>. If you want to simply type python.exe C:\Users\Username\Desktop\my_python_script.py you must add python.exe to your PATH environmental variable.</p></div>johnbritttag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652018-06-06T02:56:46Z2018-06-06T02:56:47ZPython script from command line<div><p>Still waiting for a reply from Support.</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652018-08-03T19:25:43Z2018-08-03T19:25:44ZPython script from command line<div><p>EIGHT MONTHS later, I'm still waiting for a reply from Support.</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652018-12-01T22:11:21Z2018-12-01T22:11:22ZPython script from command line<div><p>Happy one-year anniversary, dear question!</p></div>mrchapptag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/441773652018-12-02T02:14:09Z2018-12-02T02:14:09ZPython script from command line<div><p>Perhaps see;</p>
