<p>What bank are you using? In general, we've found that banks
outside of the US don't support direct OFX connections as well as
US banks. However, if your bank does support it, we should be able
to add it to our supported bank list.</p>

not sure if support OFX connections.<br>
I tried calling their tech team, but they had no clue :-(</p>

<p>Unfortunately, it looks like NAB doesn't support direct OFX
connections, so we'll be unable to add support for them to
Moneydance at this time. However, if your bank begins to support
direct OFX connections in the future, we will be happy to work with
them.</p>
