Can the Check# field dropdown menu be edited?
The Knowledge Base indicates under Transactions that this field can be edited from the accounts edit window. But accounts page does not have any awareness of this field. EXAMPLE: In Quicken, I created a Transaction Type "BillPay" in the equivalent dropdown menu, and use this for the check# for all online Bill payment transactions. I understand that I can make this entry manually, but is there a way to add this check type to the dropdown menu?
REF: KB - Transaction Fields - Check# - "Selecting the {Print} option will include that transaction when printing checks.
Selecting the < NextCheck# > option will insert the next sequential check number for that account.
To edit the options for this field, go to the the Summary page, and select Account→Edit Account from the menu.

Hi Bob,
Follow the instructions that you have highlighted in bold (don't click on any account). A popup will appear with the heading "Account Info:...". Click on the "+" sign to add a custom designation (i.e. "BillPay" to the list.). Click on "Ok". It will then be available from the pick list.
