I am running version 2017.8 (1688) on both of my Mac computers. I am running version 2.18 on both of my IOS devices. My IMac shows the base file when it opens as 776aec00-4b08-47e7-8805-7095466d6ae4. How it came up with that I don't understand. On my Macbook Pro it opens with the name I expect md2012 which is what I first called it in 2012 when I went to that version.

Both Macs are running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Now that i have the latest update to Money Dance they sync properly. How can I change the name on the Imac file. Or should I not mess with it as it doesn't appear to be broke.

I sync with dropbox.

Thank you,
John DeCarli
