Changing file location on Windows with 2012

I noticed the post regarding changing file location in Moneydance 2012; I tried following these steps in the 2012 Windows version but it doesn't seem to be working. Is this feature not supported in Windows yet?

    It works. I've done it.

    You need the latest Preview Release of Moneydance in order to open the Data at the new location.
