Income and Expenditure Report

The Income and Expenditure report excludes accounts with no transactions during the period for which I am running the report. I want to copy the data into Excel but because these accounts are excluded the figures do not line up. Is it possible to run an Income and Expenditure Report which also includes those accounts with no transactions?
