Filtering reports by Memo
Is there any way to create a custom expense report filtered on the Memo field?

I am afraid not, though I do think this could be useful, I'll pass the suggestion on to the developers.. You can however search by the memo field if you run an advanced search. Select Edit->Advance Search. Alternatively you could uses tags and then filter by tag in the reports.
