I'm currently taking a look at your software with a view to change from my current iFinance set-up. One thing I'm stuck on is how to display recurring transaction such as utility bills or mortgage payments.

Can I see these displayed in my balance sheet?

Thanks...

dave_coxtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/474730512019-07-26T12:23:45Z2019-07-26T12:23:45ZRecurring Transactions

I am not support staff, jut a user.

You can setup Transaction Reminder and within the “Edit Transaction Reminder” window set the reminder to “Auto-commit X days before scheduled” that is the transaction will be entered into the relevant account X days before the scheduled transaction date.
See these set of articles on reminders.

On the Summary page you can also set upcoming transactions to be listed, Two Weeks, One Month or This Month, before they are automatically entered into an account, to get an overview.

Hope this helps.

derekkent23tag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/474730512019-07-26T12:32:11Z2019-07-30T08:55:54ZRecurring Transactions

That does help, thanks...

dave_coxtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/474730512019-07-30T09:00:05Z2019-07-30T09:00:06ZRecurring Transactions

I'm trying to get my head around the auto-commit option. I have a number of regular payments that go out of my accounts, but it seems very random when they are displayed, changing the auto-commit days doesn't seem to make any difference and sometimes the transaction is in my reminder list and sometimes it isn't.

Is this the norm?

dave_coxtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/474730512019-07-30T09:37:13Z2019-07-30T09:37:13ZRecurring Transactions

I am not support staff, jut a user.

No that's not the norm.

Can you post a screen shot of a transaction reminder you are having problems with so I can see your settings. See example screen shot.

derekkent23
