creating a new expense account

How do you create an expense account

    I think you need to explain further what you mean by “expense account”. Are you talking about creating a new expense category?

    You are right. I thought MD treated everything as an account, including
    categories. I forgot that you open categories separately from other
    accounts.
    I was able to do what I needed to do.
