Vanguards money market account which is essentially cash within a typical account has a share value of $1.00. However MD is showing the value as $100 per share. Is there a way I can manually over-ride or a way you all could correct this?

    Hi Brian,

    Try this...

Open Moneydance to the VG account.
    Select the 'Securities Detail' tab.
Select VMFXX from the drop-down list in the upper right-hand quadrant.
    Click the 'History' button.
In the next window, edit the value in the 'Current Price' field to $1.00 and click the 'New' button.
You may want to look through the 'History' table and 'Remove' any errant values.
When you're done, close out of the 'History' window.

Back at the 'Securities Detail' tab.
Look to the table in the left-hand quadrant to make sure each txn listed there has a 'Price' of $1.00.

Finally, from the menu bar, go to Extensions > Quotes & Exchange Rates.
In the resulting form, un-check the checkbox next to VMFXX so that the updater skips it going forward. (Since VMFXX has a consistent par value of $1.00, there is no need or reason to update the price quote.)
