Why is my transaction with category "Investment:Dividends" not showing up on my income statement?

Hi Peter,
By 'income statement', do you mean the Income and Expenses Report?
Can you explain in a little more detail the steps that you have taken to display the 'Investment: Dividends' transaction(s)?
