insurance/investments
How do I link Moneydance to access my accounts online ?
I'd like it to access my insurance investments and brokerage
accounts. Shouldn't there be a place to enter the accounts username
and password?

It sounds like you haven't set up direct connections to your bank yet. You can see instructions for doing this at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/online-banking/setting-up-online-ba...
The full list of financial institutions we currently support direct connections with can be found at http://infinitekind.com/fi
In case you haven't found it yet, our full user guide can be found at http://help.infinitekind.com/kb/user-guides/moneydance-2015-user-guide
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
Ethan

Tried to login to Chase using your instructions and got an error code 2000.
What does that mean?

Hi Michael,
Try this...
Go to the Chase website and click the link to "Activate for Quicken, Quickbooks etc."
It should be in the 'Reference Center' section on the 'Customer Center' tab. (or thereabouts)

Do I have to do this for all of my accounts? I have about a dozen different
categories, 5 in Chase alone. Is there going to be an update to make this
easier?

Hello Michael,
Many banks require that you activate your accounts for direct connections. Kevin N. is correct that Chase is one of those. As this is a policy that banks decide on their own, we at Moneydance of course have no control over this.

Hi Ethan,
Would you consider refunding my money? None of my accounts are supported!
Chase, MetLife e-service etc. It's not functional for me.
Thx,
Michael Schwartz

Hello Michael,
I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it today.
However, we have many customers who use both Chase and MetLife, so we should be able to get this to work if you would like. Were you want to get your banks to activate your accounts for direct connections? If so, what error messages are you now getting when you try to set them up?
