<p>Try this...</p>
<p>Go to the Chase website and click the link to "Activate for
Quicken, Quickbooks etc."<br>
It should be in the 'Reference Center' section on the 'Customer
Center' tab. (or thereabouts)</p>

<p>Many banks require that you activate your accounts for direct
connections. Kevin N. is correct that Chase is one of those. As
this is a policy that banks decide on their own, we at Moneydance
of course have no control over this.</p>

Would you consider refunding my money? None of my accounts are
supported!<br>
Chase, MetLife e-service etc. It's not functional for me.<br>
Thx,<br>
Michael Schwartz</p></div>Michael Schwartztag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/376029212015-08-09T13:23:55Z2015-08-09T13:23:55Zinsurance/investments<div><p>Hello Michael,</p>
<p>I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to
offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get
out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know
and I will authorize it today.</p>
<p>However, we have many customers who use both Chase and MetLife,
so we should be able to get this to work if you would like. Were
you want to get your banks to activate your accounts for direct
connections? If so, what error messages are you now getting when
you try to set them up?</p>
