Adding a new Stock using a non-default currancy
Can someone please tell me the best way to add a new stock buy using a different currency from my default. The situation is that I have a cash management account and have bought only New Zealand shares. However I have now bought some Aussie shares using the same cash management account. These were bought in $AUD not $NZ and I do not know the best way to add them to MoneyDance.
It seems that the two options are 1. to convert the buy price to $NZ and add them to my current portfolio, but I am not sure if the updater will convert the latest share price from $AUD to $NZ. The second option would be to set up a new account using $AUD as the default but in this case I don't think I could use the same cash management account.
Any help much appreciated.
