Investment quotes aren't updating.

Using version 2017.7.1 (1671) on W7. The problem started about 2 months ago. I manage to update prices with about "16 skips" - "21 errors" and lots - if not all - "Error downloading price history. No data found". The result is a portfolio value which is about 15 - 20 % out from real market prices. Useless! I waited patiently for an update to Quotes and Exchanges extension but no such thing forthcoming. I tried a new API key, that didn't help. My sole purpose of purchasing this program was to have share quotes and personal finance incorporated into one program.

What build of the Q & ER are you running? see under EXTENSIONS - MANAGE EXTENSIONS. Is a update waiting?
Failing this there is a Free stand-alone program that can be used to obtain quotes and import them into Moneydance. See post 190 in this thread http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/investments/3036-third-par...

I am running V.1018 and there are no updates on offer. I’ll check the website link.
I have used an external updater for my old Money program, but that was from another author.
