IRA with holdings in cash
I have an IRA with all the holdings in cash. How do I enter this into my investments? There are no shares purchased, so the value shoes zero, though the cost basis shows what I invested.

You would create an investment account named IRA. To populate the cash balance, when setting up the account, put your current cash holding in the initial balance field in the account set up window.
After this you would just use a xfer action to move further cash into the account.
