Syncing one investment within an account to a different account

Dear MD,
My IRA account has about ten investments (mutual funds) in it. One of those funds I use for a specific purpose and I would like to see it as a separate account in MD from my general IRA MD account. Is there a way to sync my IRA and have that fund go into a separate MD account from the others?
Thank you!

    Hi Dorothy,

Unfortunately it's not possible to download just a portion of your IRA to a second account.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience! Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!

Thanks for letting me know. I will stop trying and just get used to
picking out that one fund for special attention.
