Need to set up a note payable

We sold a house and are carrying a note. Is there a way to set this up in moneydance? It operates like a reverse mortgage in that we receive principle and interest each month.

    I'm a fellow user.

    There is no specific functionality in Moneydance for this situation.

    I would envisage handling it through an asset account that contains the principal and interest and repayments handle by passing transactions through the account.
