When you say they download the wrong
security, can you go to the security detail window for that
security, click the history button, click the edit button next to
the security name and take a screen shot of that. I have a attached
a screen shot to illustrate what I am looking for.</p>
<p>What I think may have happened is that a security was mismatched
with an existing security in your account. Seeing the edit security
box will allow me to check the security id with the security
name.</p>

<p>Thank you for advise. After using Moneydance for over 10 years I
gave up on it. It works great for imputing daily expenses and
receipts but never could direct download investments. Yesterday I
replaced it with SEE Finance. It imported 20 years of records from
Moneydance accurately with no issues and then direct downloaded
investments with no issues. Moneydance needs to dance to a
