Does Moneydance support cryptocurrencies including real-time price updates?

   Sort of... Perhaps... ish.... You can create a Security and call it a Crypto. You can use QuoteLoader extension to download prices. No, it's not real time. You can hold crypto to up about to 19 dpc for qty and upto about 12dpc for price.... So really depends on what you are trying to do..?

   Yes Moneydance supports both cryptocurrency exchange rates as well as cryptocurrency investments as provided by Yahoo, may be delayed.

   Cryptocurrency exchange rates can be obtained by using the extension Quote Loader under EXTENSIONS – MANAGE EXTENSION

   Download the PDF’s attached to post 200 and have a read.

   To get an overview take a look at the YouTube videos by using the links on page 1 and 2 of the PDF.

   When you set up a new cryptocurrency as an exchange rate or a security to add to an Investment account it’s important to set the Max. Decimal Places as shown in the second PDF.
