Hi Jack,
Following the link Kevin has provided, will take you a page where you can check if your financial institution is supported.
If your bank is on the list, then they support direct OFX connections. You can get up online banking with these banks within Online --> Set Up Online Banking. Then select 'New Connection' and choose your financial institution from the list.
If your bank is not listed, then unfortunately they do not support direct OFX connections, which Moneydance (and other financial software) requires in order to talk directly to a bank.
The best way to get your files into Moneydance is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX or OFC files (aka Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.
You can also open your bank's download page directly (after entering the appropriate address in the Account --> Edit Account menu) by going to the menu bar and selecting Online --> Open Account Website, which makes the download process easier.
I hope this information is helpful, please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Help: My use of Money Dance is with investments. I have reviewed the lists of banks and the ones that I use are on the list. For example, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and I would like to download the weekly statements from Morgan to Money Dance indicating all trades, lists of investments held in the account, gains and losses, and total account value. There would be other investment firms. I would like Money Dance to total all investment accounts to reveal total investment value and compare one week to the next.
Would you indicate the procedure or where I can find the procedure that I should follow in Money Dance to accomplish this?
Thanks,
Jack Horgan
