Deletion of inactive securities from Drop Down listings
This problem was raised in 2012. Has no change been made? Many securities are no longer active but if deleted would remove from historical records. Money Dance allows Accounts and Categories to be marked inactive, why not securities?

There is a ticket in for this. Two little hints that may help. When make a transaction if you put the first few letters of a security in the field it narrows down the security selection. Also if you click on a security from the portfolio view it will open to the securities detail window for that security.
