<p>First, of course, no warning on the change right? Too many banks don't seem to care about informing their customers of changes.</p>
<p>I would first ask the bank to restore the data, or at least tell you how to get it - after all you are their customer. Or ask them where else the data can be found - if they tell you "no one has it, and you can't get it anywhere else" - ask them if this seems like a good way to treat a customer, and changes without warning. If nothing else, you just make a point, even if it doesn't do any good.</p>
<p>If everything above is unfortunately true, it sounds like manual entry may be your only option.</p></div>dtd
