Investment balances in Foresight?
It appears that Foresight only understands the cash balance of an investment. Most of my investments automatically reinvest the
proceeds. I memorized a DivReinvest transaction, and Foresight Forecast > Transactions included it, but the balance and transaction amounts are seen as zero. See attached screen shot.
Foresight Review seems to see both the actuals and reminders for my Dividend Income category, but the reminders don't flow to Foresight Forecast.
Is there any way to have Foresight include investment income?
mangelsdorfian raised a question about this in 2021 but it seems to have been closed with no responses or discussion.

Why was this closed without comment? Same with the question from mangelsdorfian. If there's any chance this will be corrected, it would be very helpful. If it's beed decided that this will not be fixed or enhanced, it would be nice to say so.
It seems that there's more than just the issue of the starting balance. In the Transactions list, for each of my investment dividend reminders it shows a positive number from my dividend income category. Then it shows a negative number to my investment account. So the Account Balance does not grow.

The Tender software automatically closes discussions after about 12 weeks if there are no further responses.

It mostly tracks cash flow, so reinvested dividends don’t really show up properly. I’ve tried using a workaround by manually adding income transactions, but it’s a hassle.

I'm willing to create dividend estimates as reminders. Those are read by Foresight and (mostly) processed correctly. But the investment starting balances are zero, so the forecast is not correct.
