How to control chart start date?

Dear all,

    Hi! I have a question about the investment chart. My first buy date for this securties is 2025-01-03 also the price history start date but the investment chart show the start date is Apr 2023, This is another investment account start date. Will the investment account interference each other?

   Hi Kenny

   If we are talking about the graph on the Investment Account Securities Detail window I think I remember this issue on older build of Moneydance. What version/build of Moneydance are you running e.g. 2024.3(5218)?

   Also if you click on the HISTORY button on this screen is the oldest dated price 2025-01-03?

       I'm using MD 2024.2 (5172) currently and just updated to 2024.3 (5218). The problem still persist.
       Yes, The oldest dated price in history is 2025-01-03. Please see the attachment.

       I have just updated to MD 2024.3 (5218) and the problem still persist. No changes in the graph.

   I see the problem.. It's getting the range of price dates from both from and to currencies combined (i.e. from security to USD)

   I have proposed a fix to IK... I would expect this would not be applied to 2024.x and might be targeted for 2025.x (if accepted by IK)....

   I would think this would be a running change to be applied in 2025.0. It is not a show stopper so Moneydance 2025 is where I think it logically fits.
