Can't change "Action" on imported investment transaction
I imported an investment transaction via an OFX file. It is incorrectly labeled as "Xfr" when it should be "DivReinvest". I'm able to bring up the list of actions, but when I select DivReinvest, the transaction is unchanged. I've never experience this problem before and have no idea how to resolve it. I recently upgraded to 2024.4 (5253), so perhaps it's a bug. Has anyone seen this before, and is there a workaround?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Has the Investment account any securities assigned to it.
Without having any security definitions assigned to the account XFR is the only valid transaction.

Yes, that was it. Since it's a CD whose value per "share" is always $1, I didn't remember to create a security for it.
