Moving a stock between accounts
Occasionally, I end up buying a stock in my options account. I usually like to keep any stock I option that I end up buying, but prefer to keep the stock in my brokerage account. I can find no way to move a stock from one brokerage (options) account to another (regular). Can this be done? If not, is there interest in supporting it being added as a feature in a future update/upgrade?

Being accounting based, to move a stock between accounts you also have to move the value behind the stock to the other account.
There are two ways to do that today:
1. Sell the stock at cost price move the funds to the other account and repurchase in Moneydance at cost price.
2. Use the Option provided in the Toolbox extension suite to move all the transactions related to the option to the other account.
These are the only two ways I know of to move the value.

Thanks, dwg, #2 should work as I initially have to enter the transaction
as a Buy in the options account and then transfer immediately to
brokerage. I leave all the options related activity in the options
account.
