Issues with Fidelity Netbenefits 401k downloading
It appears that downloading for my 401k has stopped working in Dec. I reset the online banking service. Try to set up again and I get access denied. I do not get anything asking for password and it does not remember the setup.

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Fidelity is actively collaborating with our development team to enable automatic downloads through Moneydance + instead.
We’re also setting up a direct connection via Akoya as a backup. It might take a bit more time, but it looks like the better long‑term option.
