I sold a House and I am Holding the Mortgage. How do i get the Split payment amortization of a Loan I made to someone who now owes me money? Each payment represents some Interest i keep and some return of principle....

I am afraid Moneydance has no provision for auto calculating loans that you make to others. You will have to calculate the interest/principle split manually. I am sorry this does not meet your needs.
