<p>Another user today had the same issue with a Samsung S8+ Android 9</p>
<p>This was the reply from Sean the software developer.</p>
<p>"Sorry about that, and thanks for letting me know! I've been working on the android app recently and will have an update soon. Even if it's not got any additional functions, there'll be an update soon. Then bigger changes in the not too distant future."</p>
