Would like to transfer moneydance to my new iPad Pro from MacBook pro

   That is not the answer I want. I would like to transfer my moneydance licence from my MacBook Pro to my iPad pro

   You don't state which version or build of Moneydance you are running. e.g. 2019.2(1865).
   If its not 2019 it may be more to it, but there is a way forward, just post that information.

   I'm a fellow user.

   Moneydance for the IOS platform is a helper application that relies on the full version of Moneydance. You need a machine that runs Mac OS, Windows or Linux to use Moneydance today there is not a version of the full Moneydance software that runs on IOS.
