Hi Jim,
Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance (or Moneydance --> About Moneydance on a Mac) where the version and build number will be displayed.
Can you let me know which operating system you're running on your computer/s?
Do you have syncing enabled, (via File --> Syncing), and do you share your data file with another computer or a mobile device?
Generally, you can refer to these articles:
"Syncing with Other Computers" here
"Syncing with Mobile App" here
I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have further questions or need any assistance.

Hi Maddy,
MD version is 2019.3 (1880).
Operating system on IMac is Version 10.14.6.
I have been trying to share MD information of my Mac to Iphone for over 6 months now. Problem originated when I ran out of Dropbox space and I don't want to pay $18 a month just so that I have my MD syncing from Mac to iPhone. Absolute nuisance.
So I have created a new dropbox account which I'm hoping will only run money dance. The new dropbox account is asking for permission for photos but if I do that, it will go oversize again.
So please, please, explain how I can transfer to this new dropbox account, step by step cause I'm not that computer savvy.
Cheers
Jim

I'm a fellow user.
I think people will need to know some more about your existing and your proposed environment.
You state you are an existing Dropbox user. Do you have and use the Dropbox client with this account and thus have an existing Dropbox folder on your system, if so is this the way you plan to use this moving forward?
With the new Dropbox account you say you are going to use it for Moneydance only. Are you going to keep this completely standalone or do you intend sharing it with your existing Dropbox account
One thing I do not know is if using the Dropbox client can you have two completely separate Dropbox accounts being used with it, another user may know this, or indeed you may know.
