having trouble setting up sync

the instructions in the app says to start sync start moneydance on desktop and add network Synchronizer extension. (where?, How?)
Then select the Extensions / Configure Network Syncing menu and add this device (whare?, How?)
I found Sync and created a dropbox account, in the account I see moneydance listed but not my phone, when I click extensions I see manage not configure.
