app update sync broken
Today the android app updated to build 76. Now the app says performing initial sync. If I close and reopen it shows old data while still performing initial sync. its been like this all day. old version of app worked great. I'm disappointed with this update.

Same problem here. Android version. After update it takes a very long time to sync and only syncs till October 2020.
I've already deleted all data in the phone and synched again. Same problem.
Previous version was working fine.

Strange, I am running on my Android phone Moneydance 2021 (build 76) and its running fine with accounts showing transaction the same as computer. In the case of my oldest active account back to November 2006 .

Interesting. Is your phone Android version 10? That is what both mine and my wifes phones are. They are still not syncing properly.

Same problem here. Logged into the app this morning to find it all wrong and trying to sync. It even had old accounts on there which we don't use anymore. It will only sync up to October 2018. I'm now trying to sync from my laptop and it's syncing with my app and changing all the data. Tried to stop it going through dropbox but that's not worked either. really don't want to lose everything. I rely on moneydance daily!

On my Android 11 I am running Moneydance (Beta) build 76 updated 22 May 2021.
On my old Android 6.0.1 I am running Moneydance version 1.15 I cant update to build 76 as it will not run on this old phone. The last info I had from Sean was for build 76 you need at least Android 7.1.1
The reason the Beta takes longer to initially sync is unlike the older version which only receive Bank type data build 76 gets all data as a prelude to expanding the features in the mobile app.
Both phones are syncing with my computers running 2021.1(3069) without any issues.

I'm having a similar problem. Moneydance on my Android says "performing initial sync..." and never finishes. Only shows transaction through May 12, 2021.
This started happening 5-25, before I installed the latest update on my win10 laptop.
Both the laptop and wife's iPhone are fine.
I've tried:
Changing pc from "shared folder" to "dropbox folder"
Removing and reinstalling moneydance from my android, and reconnecting to my dropbox.

Same problem with Android 11 phone. Only syncing to Dec 2018.
I deleted app & reinstalled. It's even worse - no accounts even.

Not sure this helps but for what its worth

Both phones are syncing with my computers running 2021.1(3069) without any issues.
