I am trying to download and activate my MoneyDance files on my new computer. I have downloaded, but ....

   Thank you for replying.

   I guess I moved the files to DropBox, and am not getting the dialogue box that asks to look there. Then I read that this is only available for MoneyDance 2017 – and mine is 2016

   Hi Ann,

   Thanks for getting back to us. Wondering which Moneydance files have you moved to Dropbox? Is it possible to send us a screenshot of the file? Perhaps we might have a better idea regarding the issue you're encountering.

   Additionally, I've checked our records using your email address and I have located your previous purchase history of Moneydance 2019, in which its Moneydance license key is valid for use with the latest Moneydance 2021 versions.

   After installing, to register the program, open Moneydance and choose Help --> Register Moneydance - your license key can be entered here to remove the trial limitations.
