syncing
Hello, ive been triying to sync my money dance file, with my accountant trough dropbox, but when i click sync in file, the program just stops work

Hi Edmond,
Sorry to hear about the issue you're encountering.
Wondering which Moneydance version and build number are you currently using?
To check your Moneydance version and build details, please select Help --> About Moneydance.
Whcih dropbox sync method - Dropbox Folder or Dropbox Connection did you use to create Moneydance sync with Dropbox?
Have you also checked your Dropbox? Could you confirm that your Moneydance file is synced to Dropbox successfully or not?
Also, could you try closing all the linked Moneydance windows (if any), and try loading the Moneydance synced file on one computer? Does it work?

I want dropbox connection, but when i click the sync button under file, the

i dont know how can i confirm that monedance is synced to dropbox.
ive been thinking uninstall the money dance and then run it again, a open
the the back up

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of response on this thread, Edmond!
I was wondering whether you are still encountering problems syncing your data file?
Have you tried upgrading to the latest stable version, yet? This is a free upgrade for you.
Moneydance 2021.1 (3069).
Also, please ensure your data file is stored in the default location before setting up sync, this is to prevent data corruption any sort of conflict in general.
